Help with severe acne and polycystic ovary syndrome and baby acne turning to dry skin

A change in diet can help your acne problem. Reduce the amount of caffeine and processed sugars you consume. Also try to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Lastly, drink at least 8 full glasses of water every day to flush toxins out of your body and rehydrate your skin.
Acne is caused by food, and by making some simple changes to my diet I cured my acne after many years of suffering. If only I had known years earlier I would have saved myself a lot of trouble.
This is definitely great news for the chocoholics. Studies show that chocolates do not cause pimples at all. In fact, if you want to munch on some fries, candy and potato chips, you can do so without the worry about zits invading your face the following day. While eating oily food is not beneficial to the health, pimples are not one of them. This is possibly the biggest myth about acne causes.
